Offices range from 68 to 1,500 m², with indicative rents from €15 per m² per month excluding VAT, and basement and forecourt parking agreed with each rental. The leasing team acts for the owner. Office areas are the indicated indoor areas from the permit drawings. They are approximate and subject to a measured survey. Corridor areas added when offices are joined are estimates. Outdoor areas, such as the first-floor veranda and the rear balconies, are not included in office areas or rent, and their use is agreed on enquiry. Joining offices is subject to technical review and to any approvals required. Floor levels, distances and drive times are approximate, and drive times assume free-flowing traffic. The area stated in a signed lease prevails over any figure on this website.
Rents shown are indicative, from €15 to €20 per m² per month on the indoor office area, and exclude VAT. Rent estimates on the floor plans are approximate calculations, not quotations. The final rent depends on the space, the lease term and the fit-out. Common expenses, utilities and parking are agreed individually. VAT, deposits, taxes, duties and other lease costs apply as set out in the lease and by law. Only the rent and charges written in a signed lease are binding.
